I mean, the kind of siren who knows her own song, the one who accesses her inner voice and actually trusts what it tells her. That access is already in you. My work is helping you find it and learn to trust it fully.
I’m a certified RYT-500 yoga instructor, psychic medium, and Reiki Master with over 12 years of experience teaching yoga, fitness, and movement. But honestly? My path has always been more of a colorful swirl than a straight line.
I’ve been a teacher, traveler, fitness coach, and forever artist. I hold degrees in Social Work, Spanish, and Education, and I’ve taught everything from public school special education to art...blending my love of learning, creativity, and deep human connection. Over the years, I’ve woven together my passion for embodied movement, spiritual practice, and creative expression into what’s now become Soul Inspirit®.
